If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on FittDesign's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. DESIGN SERVICES

With regards to design services (including Product Design & Logo Design), after a design is approved by you, any changes are subject to additional fees. You will be provided with ample opportunity to give your feedback during the development phase, so it is very important that you make sure to provide any feedback you have at that point in your project. While you may provide feedback after the design has been finalized, any changes resulting from the feedback will be subject to additional fees.

4. MANUFACTURING

While we will do our best to ensure that the final manufactured product is delivered as per spec, FittDesign is not liable for any manufacturing defects or production issues.

5. DISCLAIMER

The materials on FittDesign's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. FittDesign makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, FittDesign does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
